By accessing or using echoaligned.com and any related application, API, or service (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may create only one account and must provide accurate information.
We use Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
• Billing is handled via Stripe. • Plans, prices, and quotas are shown on the Site and may change with 30 days’ notice. • All fees are final and non-refundable. A free trial is available so you can evaluate the Platform before subscribing. • Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• “User Content” means any influencer-vetting requests, files, text, or other data you upload. • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Platform. • You retain all ownership of your User Content.
You agree not to: 1. Violate any applicable law or regulation; 2. Infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property rights; 3. Upload malware, exploit security flaws, or scrape data without permission; 4. Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages; 5. Circumvent quotas, payment systems, or security features; 6. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Platform—excluding User Content—is owned by Echo Aligned or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited, revocable access these Terms grant, no rights are transferred.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that vetting results will meet your specific needs.
You agree to indemnify and hold Echo Aligned and its owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorised use of the Platform.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections 7–11 survive termination.
We may modify these Terms with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
